Good little tank. Came with the flushing mechanism. But the filling tube is too short. Tank doesn’t fill enough to give flushes enough pressure to go down. Have to replace the tube.

I purchased a ProFlo tank brand new, expecting a reliable product. Unfortunately, when I finally opened the box for installation, I discovered the tank was cracked. The packaging was intact, and there were no signs of damage during shipping, meaning the defect likely came straight from the factory. There were no pieces or residue in the box, confirming the flaw originated before it was packed.While I understand these things can happen, it’s frustrating to receive a defective product when I paid for something new and fully functional. My Bolo return window has already expired because I didn’t open the product right away. That’s on me, but ultimately, this is a quality control issue, not normal wear and tear.I would appreciate ProFlo reaching out to provide a replacement, as this was clearly a defect from the start. If you’re considering this product, I strongly recommend inspecting it immediately upon arrival to avoid the same issue.
