I dont always find it at my local grocer, and I dont always remember to look, so finding it online at a reasonable price is nice.I often use Thai Kitchen products, including coconut milk, so this is as expected in taste and quality. Love using it to add richness and depth to a variety of dishes, or simply for adding flavor to smoothies and oatmeal. But my most recent use is for making ice cream. Consistency:Canned coconut milk products differ significantly in consistency and drinkability. Some seem like water with coconut oil added, which lumps together in the cans. I first tried this brand as an experiment to see if this was more milk and less water. Great find!! Cases of this product are available; its consistency allows for use without added liquid in baking; it's an excellent replacement for high-sugar coffee creamers, and it's wonderful for baking. This is on my bi-monthly order list to ensure I do not run out.Thickness:The coconut milk is creamy without any of the lumps found in most canned coconut milk options. Note, I have tried all types of milk alternatives over the years....rice milk and oat milk, for example. While I liked both of those options (and my youngest son was cow milk intolerant, thus the seeking of alternatives decades ago), after doing my own research, I shifted a few years ago to coconut milk as my stable. Note: My diet is holistic without preservatives, sugar, carbonated drinks, or restaurant foods...so this fits my lifestyle. I gave it 4 out of 5, not because of the quality of the product, but because I would prefer the cans to be larger. Currently, I receive 2 cases every six weeks. Larger cans would create less waste.

Oh, I love this because I can use it for so many recipes! I’m making my own vegan yogurt now, but you can use it for anything. It’s rich and creamy and different than what comes in the cartons in the store which is very watery. I use both, but this is good for Vegan Keylime pie also.! it’s stores well because they’re in cans, so I have to worry about using them right away, but only at my convenience.

It arrived in decent time and actually a bit faster than they said it would, if I recall correctly. The one complaint is the box that it came in is FLIMSY, never seen such a light weight box for heavy items. It fell apart when I lifted it up and the cans fell to the floor and some dented. Not the end of the world except it dented my wood floor in a spot as well. It is a good quality product and I do recommend it and ask the seller to look into better packaging, going forward.
