They are well seasonsed and so tasty. They don't need anything other than maybe some hot sauce. I happen to like hot sauce on most soul food. Nothing beats home cooking, but if you have a taste for some cabbage or collard greens or black-eyed peas, and don't feel like washing, cleaning, chopping and seasoning...this is a good brand to try. It may be a tad salty?...but just thin it out with some water or some vinegar when you heat it up. The consistency is more soupy than chunky, so just use some cornbread to sop it up! LOL!!

i was really excited to try this product but it was overall a disappointment. flavor is eh, and the cabbage is in soft small stringy pieces instead of the larger pieces of cabbage i was hoping for.makes a decent soup base though. and other glory canned food products are top notch.

Cabbage is one of those vegetables that shares a wide and diverse opinion by practically everyone. Good or bad Glory foods seems to have addressed a lot of those opinions by blending just the right seasonings to make cabbage an enjoyable side dish..

This product is the worse thing I have ever tasted! Hard,unchewable chunks of something thru out the over processed mushy cabbage! The whole can got tossed in the garbage. The only positive I can say is that the can itself was not dented or damaged.

I love cabbage. However, there is one brand I kept buying because I couldn't find "Glory Foods" brand. It seems to be "more available" recently and it's quite good in my opinion. Only my wife makes better cooked fresh cabbage. :)
