This dust mop is exactly what I wanted!It is well made, and is exactly what I remember my mother and all households had. I love this dry mop, it picks up dust and hairs and holds it until you give it a good shake outdoors. I love the the size of this dust mop, the telescopic handle is great and very sturdy, I like that it has a set screw that you tighten with a phillips head screwdriver after you screw the mop head onto the handle- I don't believe it will ever loosen. I read and followed all of the directions and chose to mist the mop head with water, gave it a good shake waited a few minutes to be sure the mist had dried, shook it again and the yards did fluff up!I even like the fact that the opening that you hang it from swivels so it hangs flat in the closet.I don't know why it took me so long to purchase. My whole house has hardwood floors, no more purchasing chemical laced disposable dust mop pads, this is a really great product that will last for years to come.I'd give this dust mop more that 5 stars if I could!

This mop material, even though not machine washable, is exactly what I wanted. It's very similar to a product made by another company, starts with "S" that I had and loved over 35 years ago. For me, it does the job, dust and shake out pet fur, etc.; the shape is good, gets into spots my round head dust mop made of a different material will not. If this mop head were round made with this material it would also work in more difficult areas. I would have preferred a wooden handle but the mop head for me is so good, I can deal with the handle. I don't care for any of the products made with the metal handles these days. Most are too flimsy, this seems to be a little stronger. Hope it holds up. I haven't had to hand wash yet, I hope it holds up. If it doesn't do well, I amend my review.

I never dreamed I'd be excited about a dust mop but this Sladust Big Wooly is worth every penny of it's cost. I love it. We have hardwood floors and it makes us crazy swiffing and using the stick vac chasing the never-ending dust and dog hair. Big Wooly has changed all that. East facing floors in sunlight always show dust even after swiff but not with Big Wooly...this picks up dust instead of just moving it around! It gets up onto baseboards...no more separate tool and extra work to clean those. It glides around and gets into tight spaces and so easily cleans right up against table legs, chair legs etc. Shake it outside and it's good to go get more dust bunnies and dog hair. I've been keeping house for 60 years and this is the best, most efficient, labor saving dust mop I ever had!

LOVE THIS product. Would definitely recommend it. Dusting products are not necessary with this duster. The wool fibers pick up everything!

Very convenient, and it actually works well! The wool attracts dust and holds it, and is washable so it saves money and means that there is less microplastic pollution in the air of your home, unlike the disposable ones that are popular these days.

In concept and basic design, it's very similar to the big, fluffy awesome wool dust mop my mom had when I was growing up. The reasons I gave it four stars instead of five follow:First, the wool fibers aren't as thick and fluffy as I would like -- I do realize that this may change after several washes/laundry. They are good at picking up dog hair on my wood floors, which is what I needed.Second, I would love a mop like this with a wooden handle and metal hardware -- like my mom's from the 70s. The handle is aluminum? it's very lightweight and the connection pieces are plastic. Sometimes it feels a little wimpy and jiggly in my hands. Not a deal breaker, though.It's a good option for the price and gets the job done for daily pet hair pickups in the middle of the floors, I would buy again

We have a wonderful German Shepherd who sheds at least one new German Shepherd Tribble a day. During shedding season, whole tribes of Tribbles would appear overnight. And the space under low furniture? Best described as "Tribble Caves".Getting the vacuum out every day to keep up with the Tribble onslaught...just didn't happen. The PITA factor was too high to do it every day. I looked at the Swiffer, but it has a litte tiny head, and i wasn't happy with the idea of paying lots of money for something that i'd have to change every day, and then send off to a landfill.So, i went looking for a dust mop. After reading multiple articles and reviews (who knew there were so many different dust mop configurations?), I happened onto an entry for the Big Wooly. On the pricey side, but made of wool, which i knew would attract dog hair, easy to use and easy to clean. Plus, some of the reviews indicated that it worked well on dog hair. So i ordered one.OMG, does this thing pick up dog hair! It also cleans easily under low furniture. To clean it off, you just take it outside and shake it. It's easy, and frankly, fun to use, so it ends up getting used a lot more than the vacuum ever did.The only time a Tribble shows up in our house now is if we're watching reruns of Star Trek...

Mia mamma erano anni che cercava una cosa simile dato che quello che aveva della Stanhome si è rotto dopo anni e anni di egregio lavoro. Ha provato con prodotti simili ma niente fino a quando ad agosto le ho trovato questo. Beh ne è entusiasta, raccoglie alla perfezione la polvere ma soprattutto lascia il pavimento (tipo cotto) lucido.In confronto a cose simili costa un po' ma ne vale davvero la pena.

Wer hätte gedacht, dass ein Mopp so begeistern kann :-) Meine Wohnung hat Laminat und große Fliesenflächen, die teilweise uneben sind und große Fugen haben. Mit den 'normalen' Mopps wie man sie bei DM oder ähnlich bekommt, war ich nie glücklich. Die Fliesen sind weiss (80iger Jahre Sünde) diagonal verlegt. Der Wooly hat wegen seinen lose auslaufenden Fäden wirklich jede Unebenheit und Ecke erreicht. Haare zieht er wirklich wie ein Magnet an (ich habe dunkle Haare und die Fliesen sind weiss :-( ) Er kommt wegen seinem schmal verarbeiteten Rücken in alle Ecken, ohne das ich Möbel verrücken muss - auch das geht mit den normal breiten Mopps nicht. Was dann für mich noch das I-Tüpfelchen war, ist das ich eine mail bekam vom Hersteller. Da hab ich gesehen, das es ein kleines Familienunternehmen ist und die Mopps in Handarbeit fertigt mit reiner Wolle - komplett ohne Chemikalien und das es Kunden gibt, die diesen Mopp wohl schon seit 30 Jahren haben, ohne etwas nachkaufen zu müssen... das nenn ich mal nachhaltig. Bin wirklich superglücklich mit meiner 'Errungenschaft' und er sieht auch wirklich schön und ungewöhnlich aus. Werde von allen Freunden darauf angesprochen, die ihn sehen - mal sehen, vielleicht ist es ein gutes Geschenk für andere an dem sie lange Freude haben.
