I wasn’t expecting it to come with the ear pieces as well. I just replaced the bell. It came with two extra sets of ear buds. The reason for the four star rating is that one of the buds kept falling off. Good thing I had an extra.

Nice product, has a nice sheen to it unlike the other I have ordered. It's a little thicker than the original but that could be a good thing for sound transmission. This is the second time I have refurbrished my littman classic ii.

Terrible quality. Right out of the package I could feel and see how poor the quality of this product was. The metal is so cheap that it doesn’t even close evenly so when you put them in your ears, the stethoscope goes crooked and you can’t hear out of one side because it is coming out of you ear. Returning it for sure. Buying a new stethoscope would be way better than settling for something so terribly made.

This looks and feels nice as well as was comfortable in my ears. However, I was very disappointed to find out that the sound quality was horrible. Every time the tubing moved you can hear it louder than whatever you were trying to listen to. It also seemed to muffle the sounds I was needing to hear. I returned this the day I got it.
