So easy to use. It literally looks like thin waffer like pieces of broken white coconut and doesn't add any flavor to my cake pops. I normally keep my chocolate in my warming pot for some time when making cake pops. As you go through creating several and keep adding chocolate, the consistency keeps thickening. I just sprinkle a pinch full into the warmer, or as needed depending on the amount of chocolate used, stir the eazy thin pieces around, wait about 30 seconds, and my chocolate is thin again for dipping. Prior to discovering these, I used the suggested shortening (lard) to thin out the chocolate. While this worked fine, using the shortening is pretty heavy, and in this day and age of healthy eating, I think it causes some upset tummies for those not use shortening, not too mention that it adds unnecessary calories to the already high cake pops. A little goes a long way, but will definitely buy again.

This stuff works great! Made all the difference in making cake pops. We attempted to dip fragile cake pops in chicken without this addition and it was an epic fail. Got this chocolate thinner and tried again. They turned out perfect. I won’t go without it next time. Good value and didn’t alter the taste. Awesome

Item itself worked very well, the mailer it was sent in though offered no protection for the item and when I received it the item was crushed the lid was off and product was spilled in the mailer.

Wish id known about this sooner. Just what i needed to get a good consistency for candy melts and cake pops. Only a small amount made the melts runny and i was able to dip and twissle marshmallows and cake pop in the meltd rather than trying to paste on with a spoon. Arrived quickly and well packaged will be re ordering.
