It always cooks perfectly! It's almost like I can't ruin it(!) Never sticky, always fluffy, and so good! Unless I have a special recipe that calls for a particular variety of rice, this is my go-to rice. Absolutely love! (...just want to mention that I rinse my rice in clear water (usually as much as three times) to remove the starch, which always makes almost any rice better....but I've always done this, so hands-down, this rice still wins the race ;)

I want to shout out for this product, and not just the rice itself. The rice is outstanding and worth the extra cost. But I want to talk about the container as odd as that seems.This is the best reusable container of any product I regularly get. Honestly, this company could offer a separate line of containers. They come in wide-mouth, sturdy plastic reusable containers, dishwasher-safe, and with helpful indentations for grip. The screw top works better than most of the jars I get. I'm presently reusing empty ones to store dried beans and dried peas, and I never throw away an empty rice container.

This is the best rice I have ever cooked. The texture is wonderful. And it cooks up so good in my newly purchasedDash rice cooker that I purchased here at Bolo. I didn't pre-wash the rice and it was not a bit under or over cooked. In other words, no mushy consistency. The price is also great for 2 lbs. I highly recommend this rice and the Dash rice cooker which is a tiny miracle wonder in a pretty color.
