Ok, use these correctly and they work great. Now, if you are under the age of around the late 30's you might find them harder to use if you have "tight " spaces between your teeth. You must use regular (Glide is best) floss. If your can get them between your teeth they clean as well as floss, and you can rinse them off and use over and over again until they either bend out of shape or you wear the bristles down. I get each one to last about 3-4 weeks because I'm careful and use it once a day. Dentek brand makes the best "tight" or "petit" size.

My wife love's these. The fine tip does squeeze into any tight gaps. I don't care for them as they bend and collapse too easily.

These tiny brushes get where even floss can’t clean, and are easier to use than clumsy floss. Try once and you’ll be hooked!

I have been using those everyday for a year and they are just perfect for my teeth. I like that they are so much cheaper than the other brands. I would not count on using them more than once as they do get bent, but great anyway!

This is the only one I found was not coated in the Rat poison fluoride. Work good.

One has to be slow & careful not to get poked with the wire! I manage to get between all my very tight teeth using 1 pick, then discard! There used to me an even slimmer pick, however I can't find that micro size any longer! I use these when I'm in a hurry & can't waterpik or after I brush, but still see "plaque" between certain teeth & hard to reach crevices!Edit: I recently purchased the GUM brand, ultra tight, & they hold up much better including a cap to close & use several times! The DenTek wire is very flimsy, good for one use only!
