Easy to use as it's 1-1 parts A & B. I use it to cast durable, flexible cosplay accessories and armor pieces when possible. It's as thick as you pour it, but it is more rigid than the 20. I've used both and like both. SmoothOn is by far my favorite. It's a little more than another brand I've used in the past, but the quality and ease of use is worth the extra. So, in my opinion, the value s worth the money. It's not clear, one part is a tan color and the other part is clear, but if you want color, you will have to add it. I've used UVO exclusively for this along with mica powders. However, if you want a super shiny finish, brush the mica onto the mold-trust me. This works as it should.That said, if you are using this to cast a mold piece, be sure to use mold release. I had a little left and wanted to mold a small 3D printed piece. It did not come off the piece.Also, this seems to start to cure faster than Vytaflex 20, which is great for me. If you have anything that is not flat or has a lot of curves or is a mask or hat, etc, you will have to rock and roll it until it starts to cure so that the urethane doesn't pool in all the dips and hollows. It took a long time to do the front and back of the WW armor top-and I had to do more than one pour.SmoothOn is my go-to for realistic and flexible armor pieces. The photos of the bracers are my test pieces with Vytaflex 30. And the armor top was made from Vytaflex 20. I will be recasting the armor top with 30 so that it is a little less stretchy, and so that it won't feel flimsy on the thinner pieces. I had a hard time figuring out the best urethane to use for my projects, but the company is actually pretty helpful with that. 10/10 recommend.

I create props and other casted items. This is an easy 1:1 peach colored urethane that takes a full day/night to cure, but is well worth the wait. More durable to repeated demoldings compared to silicone in my case (my casting material is abrasive/sand-based and tears up silicone). I find it's best to vacuum degas the mix to preserve the mold details better since I use pressure casting techniques.I'm in Texas and know I should be purchasing from my regional distributor that's about 350 miles away, but shipping from Smooth-On directly in PA (via Bolo) cuts my shipping cost in half. Same carrier and everything. Strange. Anyway, shipped well packed, quickly, and with no damage.

A little slow slash humidity sensitive to cure, hard to tell if thoroughly mixed, if you think it's mixed mix 5x longer (clear and color resin can be hard to judge when mixed)or it could be slow and or patchy. You have the wait time...so much wait time. Sturdy however would buy again.

This stuff was super fun and dead easy to use (it doesn't get much simpler than a 1:1 mixing ratio). I didn't use a mold release agent, but my mold peeled out just fine. Your mileage may vary. I would definitely buy this again.

This was supposed to be a box containing both Part A & Part B of Vytaflex 30 rubber. I received a box containing (2) Vytaflex 40 jars - both part B. They are different shaped jars, and the wider one had dust all over the top. I didn't notice the discrepancy until i had mixed them and waited for them to harden, and they never did. Shocker. Disappointing waste of time. Returning for credit.
