What I got says it has Erythritol and Stevia instead of Xylitol and isomalt. It's pretty good except the bitter aftertaste of, I think, Stevia. I am regularly using Stevia, and have been seeking for a soothing jello dessert, so am still pretty happy with this product.

This tastes very artificial, with the synthetic sugar replacers dominating the palate.But as a vegan with occasional cravings for a Jello alternative, this gets the job done, especially on the texture front. I haven't had trouble getting it to set like other reviewers, and really, it's the texture I crave more than the flavor. Just maybe have a palate cleanser on hand for the erythritol aftertaste.

This product uses so much erythritol that it tastes like an alcoholic jell-o shot and leaves your mouth with a slimy, oily feeling. Not worth it, stay away.
