I don't really know how this works inside the engine, but I feel the car quicker and more powerful from a "butt-dyno" point of view. Worth a try.

I just got this product and I must say, it worked a little too well. For context, I live on a tropical island in the Caribbean. So poor quality diesel and short journeys are normal for us. With about half a tank of diesel, I put this product in my 2021 Nissan Navara Pick-up which has been sluggish because of the DPF system installed. I left the pick-up warm-up for a few minutes before I hit the road. I notice a difference in performance instantly on my take-off from my garage. It felt so different, that I honestly got nervous and went straight to the gas station to fill up. Let's hope the improvement continues. I may update if anything drastic happens.

I was looking for a good diesel fuel additive that would clean my injectors and burn at a hotter temp so I read lots of reviews and ended up getting this brand. I’ve used it on 4 tanks of gas and I have to say that my rig runs much smoother, starts easier, and I definitely have more horsepower. It’s almost like I’m driving a new truck…and my truck just turned 30 years old a few days ago. Definitely recommend this additive…I’ll be buying lots more of it!

I've been told, and have seen on internet, fuel additive helps diesel engine last longer and improves fuel efficiency. I cannot attest to either, but I'm still using it. Larger size, better value.

I've used other products that had some effect but Hot Shot Secret Diesel Extreme leaves the competition in the dust. I drive a 2005 Chevrolet 2500HD Duramax. With Hot Shot Secret the average fuel economy is over 20 mpg. The best mileage I could get before using Hot Shot Secret was 16 mpg. I snapped the photo at the end of a long drive which included scaling some of the highest passes on I-5. Getting 20 mpg in a 7,000 pound truck at 70 mph is amazing. With nearly 200,000 miles on the truck I've never had any issues with the injectors. Hot Shot Secret Diesel Extreme keeps injectors clean and raised the cetane level which is why it produces such great performance.

I have a 1999 F-250 super duty Diesel. I had been using sea foam, but the guy at the Auto store told me to try this. My old truck engine is running like a new truck. I could tell the difference immediately, and it just continues to get better.

Helps correct bad choices
We have found our RAM ecoDiesel to be a little particular about the diesel we put through it. We had no trouble at all with the two diesel stations we usually use, but after a tank from a supplier we don't usually use but had to in a pinch, we noticed changes in the horsepower and the particulates in our exhaust. It took a few tanks from our regular diesel provider, and the use of this clean and boost, to get our engine back to normal. It's running normally again, and we are not having issues with heavier than normal particulates in the exhaust. We are much more particulat about the quality of diesel we put in it now, but still use the clean and boost every so often just to be "clean" things up a bit. If you have issues with the quality of your diesel, this product from Hot Shots' really helped us out a lot.
