Works well as a second lock to our sliding glass door! We purchased with a double intention, safety lock for added security and to keep our young children from being able to open the slider. Application was a breeze and it's barely noticeable applied on the door.

This is Perfect for sliding doors. Its so easy to put up. Just get it right the 1st time because once its on its not coming off. One Flip and your door is secure. Its a nice small device that works great.

This has truly been a blessing for me. As a mom, I often worry when my toddler tries to get out to play, especially during my sleep time. I constantly find myself feeling anxious about whether she’s safe. It’s such a relief to have something that helps ease those worries. I think it’s definitely worth it for all the mommies out there who share this concern.

Bought two and one broke after a few months (not from anyone trying to get in) and the other one broke after a year and a half. Wouldn’t stay up. I’ve ordered more because they do work great.

This lock is exactly what I needed to add extra security to my sliding door. It was easy to install, fits perfectly, and feels very sturdy. It gives me peace of mind, especially at night or when I’m away. Great quality for the price definitely recommend if you’re looking to secure a patio or balcony door.

Perfect solution for our sliding closet doors. One of our dogs learned how to open the doors. I thought about a bar to put in the bottom track but the dog would have still been able to slide one door. With these door locks both doors cannot slide unless you disengage the lock by laying it flat. I like that these locks are clear so they are less noticeable. The adhesive seems to be holding strong after a month of use. Overall, I thought this was a great purchase and solution for our problem.

The media could not be loaded. So I originally installed this wrong 4 years ago because I was like, who needs instructions, and then I did it wrong. But!! It still worked! After 4 years of slamming the door into it by about an inch every time we opened the sliding door but forgot it was locked it eventually broke. I can’t stress enough that I did it the wrong direction and it still functioned great. I don’t think anyone ever tried to break in but I can tell you from experience that no one was coming in or out of that door if you didn’t unlock the burglar bar first.But I needed to replace it. So we installed a new one (the correct way) and it’s snug, installation went great, looks amazing. I tried it out and when locked the door doesn’t budge. Perfect. So I went to show my partner and this is where I messed up. Y’all need to take that adhesive warning seriously. Command strips and stuff like that have them too and I never paid attention, which is on me. Give it the time it needs to fully adhere to the glass. when I went to show my partner how snug the door is now that the bar is properly installed, I hadn’t waited long enough and the bar fell off and into the gap between the 2 sliding doors. We can’t get it out. The door will open mostly but It won’t close all the way. I broke a chopstick, bent a butter knife and jammed my finger trying to get it out. We accidentally knocked the door slightly off track trying to pull it to give us more room to get it out, that didn’t work. We tried to take the doors out of the door frame but the bolts are really stuck in there because this is a really old apartment. My landlord has to come today to try and take my doors off to get this stupid thing out of there. We were up most of the night trying to fix this.TLDR; Works perfect! Minus one star because when user error strikes a little bit, the result is incredibly irritating and honestly does the opposite of intended, as the door won’t close, or lock, but can open most of the way which is both inconvenient and possibly dangerous. We have to keep our cats in the living room with supervised bathroom breaks into the bedroom/bathroom because they can get through the gap, even though we tried to block it off. I know it’s my fault for not letting the adhesive cure for the full 48 hours or whatever but I didn’t think it would lead to this
Perfect for our pantry sliding door
I wanted something that would deter my toddler from opening the sliding door of our kitchen pantry, but would still be very easy to open and close because we use it extensively while cooking and this work like a charm. The sticker is sturdy and hasn't flinched even when we forget it's there and slide the door into it. It's discreet since it's just clear plastic and very easy to use. I would recommend without hesitation.
So simple but really effective
We’ve fitted these to two sets of doors and they are great. Such a simple idea but really effective and can be fitted in seconds!
