If you're frustrtated with the quality of supermarket garlic, Christopher Ranch is a worthy upgrade. These guys know what they're doing. The garlic is nearly all large cloves, of the California-type garlic, with top-notch flavor. Very fresh as shipped. My go-to for fresh garlic, for a long time. Definitely worth the money.

Camera all brown inside. Additionally it was very small. Since California is the garlic capital I think Bolo needs to find another supplier. Don't order this thinking it's better than you can buy locally.

All around handy garlic for general cooking and the honey, lemon, garlic ferment; Kids like it and a strong medicine which is also great for sauces. Enough for big jars of the sauce. They are hard to peel. I find it easier if I don’t use them right away. Smash the clove and the skins come off easy.

In the mid-west during the Winter and Spring seasons (and perhaps most other parts of the country) finding good garlic can be awfully illusive. Most of the garlic from the latest crops is getting old and the best bulbs are already digested, and harvesting the next fresh garlic is months away. I went searching on Bolo hoping that there would be a seller who had decent garlic that wasn't either dried or spoiling. The first seller I tried, the garlic came mostly spoiled and inedible. So I tried this seller. I received a two pound bag of fresh, but very small bulbs of garlic. I won't complain too much, though, because supermarket garlic is just awful tasting. This garlic was not, even if the cloves were very small. Overall, I would buy from this seller again.

I received my order of garlic and at first was concerned at the cloves being brown l, thinking they were old and dried out. Especially after reading some reviews. Upon opening and peeling, I found the cloves to be perfect and they have a nice fresh garlic aroma. I needed these for the Fire Cider I make, plus plan to dehydrate some to grind for garlic seasoning. I may even try my hand at planting a couple bulbs worth. I highly recommend this seller.
