These are the best protein bars I have purchased in terms of taste, texture & nutrition profile. I typically order three boxes at a time- I make sure to out six in my backpack & ny purse at all times as a solution to hunger while driving long hours to visit my family, and as a quick, easy, & economical light meal to have while I'm super busy at work.I'm all about health and keeping carbs to a minimum. I've tried countless protein and meal replacement bars, and this is the only one I keep coming back to. The cookies & cream flavor is the business! The cookie part has a great texture, and it's a convenient way to curb a sugar craving.

Macros: 21g of protein and 13g of Fiber. Beats most protein bars out of the market if you're just going for this. It does keep you full.Taste: They're not bad, the cookies and cream flavors aren't so strong. You can taste that it's artificial but it's just good enough.Texture: It is chewy (a bit hard if you refrigerate it), like any other protein bar and it'll take some effort to go through it. Smells decent as well. Doesn't really melt like some protein bars so that's pretty good.Overall, a solid 4/5, won't be your favorite but definitely worth a shot to see if you like it.

These protein bars give you a big bang for your buck - They are high in protein, and taste really good. I have been a fan for about 5 years now, enjoy different flavors. I work out 6 days a week and need the protein, but I have one for breakfast every day. White chocolate raspberry is amazing!
