Once I open the bag I put the remaining sheets in a square, really airtight plastic container and it keeps fresh for a really long time. I'm very pleased with this product.The secret is keeping it in a plastic, airtight container, not in a baggie. Baggies do not work well at all. Since seaweed is a very healthy food product, I usually pull out a sheet every couple days and tear it into tiny squares that I can set with my meal. It's a nice, slightly salty nori that can be munched on with a meal, or as a snack. I feel very good about the fact that it is also organic. I rate this product a 5 star.

We wanted to make our own sushi rolls - for the first time and it was DELICIOUS!!! I like to eat as organic as possible and this it perfect. Since we have never done sushi before, I was thinking about getting one of these sets, but I am happy I did not.I love that this nori is organic. It tastes very good and 50 sheets will last a long time.Here is a list of what we needed to make our own "healthy" sushi (most of it from Bolo, except the fresh stuff to fill the rolls with):Lundberg Organic California Sushi Short White RiceEden Foods Organic Naturally Brewed Tamari Soy Sauce - add once the rice is boiledEden Foods Organic Brown Rice Vinegar -- 10 fl oz - add once the rice is boiledHelen Chen's Asian Kitchen Bamboo Sushi Mat with Paddle - use the paddle to mix the rice with the sauce and vinegar + wrap up the bamboo mat in plastic wrapTHIS One Organic Sushi Nori Premium Roasted Organic Seaweed - 50 Sheets (4.5 oz) - put half sheet on the mat, spread rice on itadd whatever you want in your sushi roll - we add smoked salmon, cream cheese, avocado and cucumberroll it, slice it with a sharp knife dipped in mixture of water and vinegarKevala Organic Toasted Sesame Seeds - to sprinkle the rollsdon't forget also soy sauce for dipping, spicy mayo (yogurt with hot chili sauce) and sticks!Sushi rolls take some time to make - 1 hour for the rice, then some time for the rice to cool down and then about 20 mins to make the rolls. Once the rice is done and cooled down, it is fun to sit together at the table and prepare the rolls. It is a great activity for a date night. Plus the result is extremely delicious!!!

This is very good torn up into small pieces and sprinkled on top of noodles or rice dishes. Compared to the non organic nori I've bought in Asian food shops, it tastes very fresh and clean. Our cats also like a few pieces whenever we eat it. I've noticed it makes their fur glossier! We've been buying this item for years.

I bought this 50 pack to try to eat healthier. It tastes STRONGLY of the way fish food smells. If you've ever fed fish food, that's exactly what this smells/tastes like. I've had sushi before and it didn't have this strong smell and taste. Maybe it's the brand. My son enjoyed it but he also has eaten wasabi(hot hot version) like it was nothing. Guess I'll try to eat it in small amounts increasing to build a tolerance. If you don't like a strong fish taste....you might want to buy either a small box of seaweed chips or a small pack of sheets first. It is delicate so be careful when removing them from the pack. They are chewy as well.

Eaten it by itself - a bit fishy at first (which I don't mind), but that is the first impression. Don't taste anything after that but rich, sweet pleasant flavor! Same quality with every order.
