had an existing drill my husband used around the house and ordered a replacement charger. This charges fast, Black & Decker is a quality product. I use it often. Works with my existing drill perfectly.

I initially ordered this because I got an adaptor to convert my Grasshog weed eater from Ni-Cad to lithium batteries and the original lithium I bought at the time of getting the adaptor will no longer charge.The batteries themselves are decent quality ones (4 stars) if you end up with new ones that are recently manufactured. I say the word “if”, because in past orders I received one that is four years old from other places (HD), and that battery would not charge. Luckily, my B&D battery charger immediately detected the battery as being bad, as the battery would not charge at all, which I immediately returned and got replaced.I noticed that there is a year of manufacture on the batteries and packaging (in this case from AMZ was 2022 and was still bad, and one previously from HD was from 2019, and it is the middle of 2023). This seems to be a vendor problem all over as these may sit on the shelves for a long period before being sold.I suggest checking the batteries right after arrival to make sure you get one that hasn’t been sitting in the warehouse for a long period of time and you end up with an old/bad set like I did or just end up with a bad battery in general.Quality control and date of manufacture seem to be an issue with the batteries. The replacement I got is good and works fine and should in theory last 3 to 5 years before needing replacement. The key is to make sure you receive a freshly manufactured one.I do think these batteries are pricey at nearly 50 bucks each.4 stars (if you get a fresh battery)

I love that’s is an authentic OEM Black & Decker battery. I'm so happy to finally have one to switch with for my blower. This battery takes quite a few hrs. to charge. I suggest getting a backup.

This was twice the size of the one that came with my B&D Edger. I love the edger, but the original battery just barely lives for all trimming necessary. This new one has no problem doing all my edging with extra power to spare. I recommend that B&D make it available as an option on its edgers.

Batería muy útil si no cuentas con un contacto cerca y tienes un inflador de llantas y otros productos como colchones inflables. Yo lo uso en el inflador de la misma marca cuando no tengo el contacto cerca.
