I paddle outriggers, both OC1 and OC6. I am usually on the water at least 4 times a week with sessions running from 5 miles to 10 on a regular basis. Most of it is interval training and more intense on the shorter mileage days. Saturdays I may go out 15-20 miles and I need a fast recovery for Sunday's practice especially if practice is going to be a 10 mile run at 70-80%. The faster and more "recovered" I am the more I can apply myself to the next practice and get the most out of it. I have found that once I started taking T.A.G. after a workout I felt less fatigued for the next practice. It is a little on the sweet side so I use 20 oz of water to one scoop verses the 6-10 oz recommended and it works out perfectly for me.If I know I am going to put in some serious mileage I will start my morning off with an egg and half a scoop of T.A.G before hitting the water. Overall I have found myself to recover quicker and better using T.A.G.

Dr. Axe recommends this form of glutamine for leaky gut bc it’s more absorbable than the free form kind.I got a stomach ache every time from the freeform kind and had to stop taking that kind. Good news though with this kind, I don’t get a stomach ache.I just started taking it and following Dr. Axe’s leaky gut protocol from his book “Eat Dirt”, which I recommend.

I mix this with protein powder so flavor is not an issue for me. Since taking this product, I have completely put all my digestive issues behind me. I definitely recommend this product. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use this in the future.

I used to wake up very stiff due to my fibromyalgia. I couldn't even open my hands. I felt like I was in Rigor mortis. I read that with rigor mortis, the ATP production diminishes and that is what causes the stiffness. So I read that your product replaces that in the body. I ordered some and took it and my morning stiffness is nearly gone. THANK YOU!

I bought this product, but was disappointed that the labeling on Bolo does not reflect the actual packaging. After I bought the product I noticed a warning the California's cancer-warning policy...This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer/reproductive harm. I don't know what this means for this product, but I am trying you use this product to improve my digestive health, so this labeling is a warning flag for me and I would not have purchased it if I had seen it. I feel especially concerned when a company doesn't show it on their product on Bolo and I don't know it until I receive the product in the mail. It feels like there is something to hide. I didn't taste the product, so I gave it a 3 star, since I am not sure how the product is because I returned it.

I am on my second purchase and really love this L-glutamine powder. I use unflavored and add it to my electrolytes - 1 scoop 2x/day. I have maintained muscle mass as I have lost weight and helps me recover nicely from my daily runs & strength training. My only complaint is the packaging is a large container and it is about half full. I am not sure why that is necessary. My hair & skin are also benefited by taking this.
