Excellent flavor and a thicker noodle...
The noodles are a bit thicker than most. The flavoring is very good and not just hot. Excellent quick meal. Just add some fresh broccoli, meat or veggie of your choice.
Try Cheese!
I would never have thought a veggie noodle soup could ever compare with the classic Nongshim noodles like Shin Ramyun or Neoguri, but you don't miss any flavor with these Soon Veggie noodles. In fact, you get more enjoyment of the flavors from this line since the broth is milder and you aren't so concentrated on the spiciness.I'm one of those that grew up adding only egg and maybe green onions (if there were any rotting in the refrigerator) to my Korean noodles. I heard of people adding a slice of processed cheese to Shin Ramyun and would shake my head. I still don't like cheese in my normal spicy noodles, but I must tell you, just once, try adding a slice of American cheese to the pot and let it melt into the broth of these Soon noodles. It is an EXCELLENT addition.You don't have to be a vegetarian to want to eat these noodles. Just someone who wants something milder than Shin Ramyun once in a while.

Vegan and Yummy
Soon Veggie is so yummy! It's totally vegan (no animal products, 100% plant based) and it's totally worth getting the case through Bolo. It is similar to the Nong Shim Shin noodles but less spicy overall. The Nong Shim Shin noodles a long, long time ago did not have beef stock, then it had beef stock. Then over the course of several years, I noticed some bags had sand lance while others didn't..so it's nice to see Soon Veggie and not have to worry about the ingredients. If you're sensitive to spicy foods, I'd put half the bag of seasoning in the soup and then add more as needed. If you like spicy noodles like the Shin noodles, the Soon noodles are really mild in comparison but still has a lot of flavor. The package also comes with a tiny bag of dehydrated vegetables and the noodles are thick and are the same type as the Shin noodles.
Great base product
For those of you that know how to augment your ramen, this is a great no MSG product. Simply use chicken broth, water, choose your veggies and/or dumplings and BOOM!!! These are expensive but well worth it in my opinion.

I've been looking for a ramen since moving and haven't been able to find anything vegetarian locally. These are perfect though! Had this brand once a long time ago but haven't seen or tried it since - it is very good. The noodles are of good quality with appropriate fat/protein ratio, which is much healthier than a lot of ramen out there that is all fats and carbs. I see some people complaining that it is bland - be careful to use the amount of water on the instructions, that doesn't cover the noodles by a lot in a pot. It is very easy to add too much water that will quickly reduce the taste. (Unless you add a second!)
Best Vegan Noodles - Too Expensive!!!
These are the best tasting noodles I have ever had. I used to buy them regularly but the price has gone up so much, I can no longer afford them. I used to could buy two 10 packs through WM for $22. Now it's over $45 for twenty packs. I will miss them, but refuse to pay that price. If you got money to throw around, then you should give them a try.
Near Expiration
Ordered a pack of 20, all packages expire in less than 4 months. That’s a lot of ramen to eat before the expiration date… Also one of the outer packages was ripped open. All the individual ramen packs were sealed still. But the outer group package was open.
