It's real garlic & it's fresh. I keep it in fregrator. I'm a garlic freak. It's one thing I don't have to crush garlic & taste so good on my steak. It was worth buying. I'll buy again.

I use this in a lot of different recipes. You could really taste the difference. But if you don’t like lot of garlic, I suggest not to use it, but it is very good.
