Motor Coupler is the small circular part with teeth that sits on top of the Motor, the mixer Jar is placed on this Motor Coupler in such a way that the Jar coupler teeth mesh with the Motor Coupler teeth. The part is easy to replace.

Great Product but was asked to pay customs
Never expected the product to be delivered in Netherlands. Came as a saviour when our mixie coupler was broken. Fixing was very straightforward and works perfectly.We were asked to pay customs of 6 euros and 70 cents while the quoted price from Bolo was 6 euros and 18 cents. Though the cost was doubled, it was still worth it.
