I have used it on my knees or hips when they ache and it has worked supprisingly well. It has a medicine type odor so usually apply at night. I have recommended this product to friends who have also given me positive feedback.

I have been using Cryoderm for pain for a long time. It works well for pain, does not burn or stain skin, does not stain clothing. The health food store I shop at no longer sells it. The spray is the best but they both work just as well. I just prefer the spray bottle and they were out of it. I always have this available!

CryoDerm is the best pain reliever I’ve ever used!! Quickly relieves pain. Better than any pain reliever I’ve ever tried. It comes in a variety of applications and great price.

It works really well, but like the chemical stuff at the store, it leaves you with a stale ache after it wears off, just not as bad.

This is a nice analgesic for muscle soreness due to overwork, aggressive massage, strain, non-nerve/inflamation type of pain. The rollerball is nice for applying the product without getting it on your hands. Dries or rubs in reasonably quickly.

I have shoulder pain. Sometimes, it hurts so much that I can't lift my arm above my head. I have tried icy hot, 4% lidocaine patches, and other stuff. They would provide some relief, but not enough. My brother's doctor recommended CryoDerm for his knee pain, and it worked. Then, my mother tried it on her knee pain, and it worked. I have been using it for a week, and it is really working. I can lift my arm above my head with minimum discomfort. It is not cheap, but I think it is worth the money. I will post an update in about a month.

I have muscle pain and joint pain. With on going medical condition over the years I have tried so many things and this comes out top. This cold therapy seems to numb pain, worth a try in my opinion.

I have been using Cryoderm for pain for a long time. It works well for pain, does not burn or stain skin, does not stain clothing. The health food store I shop at no longer sells it.
