Used to make Creme Brule and it was excellent! And at this price-point it should. We are looking for a less expensive alternative but until we find it, this is the one which will not disappoint.

Bought these to try and bake something however my wife found them and they were consumed quickly. So, I bought another bag and it too is almost empty. This chocolate is very smooth and delicious. Next bag I will use for baking I promise.

These supposed 60% Callebaut chips from Olive Nation are terrible, not like chocolate, definitely not like Callebaut chocolate.Olive Nation packaging lists ingredients, but no nutritional stats. No mention of cocoa butter at all. If you know chocolate, then you know cocoa butter content is bragging rights. Any choc. chip at the grocery store has more flavor than these. Terrible. Is this a bait and switch???

This did not taste like true bittersweet chocolate to me. For the price paid I was expecting a better quality product. That's just my opinion folks.
