This scale is amazing. It provides accuracy that used to cost 100 times more, require 50 times more effort to use and weigh 50 times more. Additionally it takes almost not storage space.Thanks

When I first received the scale, I was pretty upset because it didn't seem to register anything under 1 gram, but after I bought the 500G calibration weight and calibrated it, it improved quite a bit. I'm measuring items around .3 - .7G and I think I'm in the ballpark although I'm not that confident about it's accuracy at those light weights. Still much better than my other food scale, so I'm pretty happy.

Reliable, sensitive and accurate. I had a different 0.1g scale before, and it would barely react to amounts lower than 0.5g. This does. Happy with the purchase.

Don't waste your money on this scale. I may be a kid with a review under my mom's name, but trust me, don't buy this. Either the scale is way too accurate or not accurate at all or just bad. I tried to use it today for spherification and when I tried to measure the distilled water, it maxed out at about 470g instead of 500g. I've played around with it and with some precise weights got it maxed out at 655g. It also wasn't accurate at all, I put the supposedly 470g of distilled water in a pitcher that measured mls and came out more than 500ml! Also 1g of water is the same as 1 milliliter. Also, the weight on the scale changed if I took anything off the counter I placed the scale on. It is also so overpriced and I'm annoyed I bought it. A $20 plastic box with horrible accuracy. Please don't make the same mistake I did. If your using it for molecular gastronomy, it doesn't need to be this precise, the kitchen scale you already have will work fine!
