One arrived in perfect condition. The other one arrived with a hairline fracture in the lid which made a complete break as you can see from the photograph.I contacted customer service immediately and received a prompt response. They asked me for a photo of the damaged product which I supplied as well as a the return tracking number and label. They processed a replacement within a few hours and have already dispatched it for one day shipping to me on the same date I had it delivered (7th December 2017).This is exceptional service.Now for a review of the product: This is beautiful. There were no faults on the other tureen that I received. The pattern was absolutely perfect. The bowl was sturdy but delicate. Be careful when handling it. When placed against the light to check whether it was bone china. My fingertips reflected through which confirmed it was fine china. It isn't like the other china I own however, which is thinner. This one is a little thicker but nothing that detracts from its delicate form and presentation.If you are thinking of buying from this seller, I thoroughly recommend them. They are prompt, courteous and make a huge effort and customer service. Furthermore, the china they sell will impress your guests.I have bought the entire 57pc matching dinnerware and will be dressing my table for Christmas with it and my Waterford crystalware, which I also bought of Bolo at an excellent price.

This souptureen does not come with the La Luna set. So I wanted to have it to complete the set and it's gorgeous and matches exactly the pattern of the set. Love it and the size is really great too. I would highly recommend buying it if you have the La Luna collection.
