What an amazing product this is! I want to leave a simple review on the Fruit Punch flavor.Taste 10/10 - This tasted like pure Kool-Aid! It was amazing to drink and I never wanted to finish it. It was so good.Mixability 10/10 - At first when I mixed these BCAA's with water, it was very chunky. I read a review on Bolo saying it would be like that at first and then fine. So I waited 30 seconds and came back to it and it was pure liquid! Couldn't even see the powder and it tasted amazing. Mixes very well and I couldn't see any powder at all - not even settling at the bottom.Effectiveness 10/10 - This isn't a product that is going to increase your 1 rep max by 30lbs on the first day of that is what you are expecting. On the other hand, you will immediately see what it does. This product helps your muscles to recover faster, and I was definitely able to push out those extra reps!Put yourself in this position. You are curling Dumbbells, and you are on your 6th rep. Your goal is 8 but that just seems out of reach right now, so you just drop the weight. This is going to push you to get those next 2 reps! It's not a pre-workout but gives you that same push to finish!Attractiveness 5/10 - The only aspect of this product that I didn't like was the mini-tub it came in. It looks nothing like the tub in the picture here, it's very basic. But that's just me being a bit picky! Not a big deal because it's the actual product that counts, but I would like to see an improvement in the looks.Absolutely phenomenal product overall and will continue buying my BCAA's from BPI Sports.

Umm...tasty. my brother took my first one I bought. I tasted it. It taste like Kool-aid when you dip your finger in it. Then I put it in water. Yesssss. It taste like fruit punch and it taste good. My brother took it home with him because what I really wanted was protein powder. But this product definitely gives you energy. Noticeable energy. I was drinking it even it I wasn't working out because it gave me energy and motivation to do things. I wasn't in pain but I had discomfort after the second day. Not terrible discomfort from working out. I recommended it to some of my friends along with with nectar roadside lemonade for protein. Both items is something fast that you can just put in water and shake and go. No fixing a bunch of smooth shakes and dropping this in it. It is great in water. If you don't like sugary tasting drinks then you would give it a 3 or 4 star. but dilute it for less taste.

PRO: It helped my two teen rowers keep up their staminaCON:All BCAA are a bit expensiveMy two teens are on a High School rowing team and their fitness coach recommended BCAA's. I was unfamiliar with the term BCAA so at first I searched for a product which was not too expensive, with a decent star rating, but even more important, I searched for flavor choices. My daughter wanted fruit punch and other brands did not offer this flavor. I know it seems silly but the flavor really mattered to her, but once they began using BPI Sports Best BCAA Powder we noticed their performances enhanced, their stamina increased and their overall recovery time was cut in half! These were the results we were hoping for so there was no need to switch to another brand. We have already reordered several times and will continue. I give BPI Sports Best BCAA Powder five stars because it delivered 5 star results for my two teen rowers.
