I like parboiled rice. As a diabetic white rice is not recommended, brown rice is ok. Then I noticed parboiled rice was recommended for diabetics. Of course I did a lot of research before trying parboiled. Bought a small bag tried it and liked it. So I bought this 10 pound bag. I found out something I should have realized, 10 pounds is a lot of rice. That's ok, will store it well and it will get used, eventually.
