I used these for detox after listening to the Dr Bryan Ardis presentation on nicotine. He reviewed Rugby as having the least amount of harmful additives. I used for about 2 weeks increased the dose to 2mg 2x per day.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks now and I've noticed less irritation than with the name brand ones I tried before. They also adhere better than the name brand ones. I have pretty dry skin but because I use moisturizer on it I do follow the one tip that I read about cleaning the area with alcohol to get rid of any oils and they stick very well. They stay on through showers and baths, but they don't hurt when you remove them. For me personally I can't sleep with them on so I removed them at bedtime. I kept waking up through the night so I just don't wear them overnight.

The adhesive on the clear patches does not stick unless you are in a dry environment with a temperature in the 70s. I live in a warm and sometimes humid climate. The patch literally slid over the left upper portion of my chest. I was unsure if the product was effective. Sometimes the corners peel. If you have a choice, purchase the traditional patches versus the clear.
