Ok so, I've been looking for something to help with my Repetitive strain injury (RSI) on my pinky. I'm a graphic designer and I spend all day holding my hand in awkward positions. My pinky has been hurting so badly that I've considered leaving work just so I wouldn't have to type or draw for an extra day. I researched RSI solutions and a brace seemed to be the ideal fix, BUT I didn't want some giant bulky thing on my finger because I still have to work.Fastward to me going down a giant Bolo internet hole of clicking and trying to find something that wasn't giant and bulky but could still do what I needed it to...and I find this. Seriously, it's PERFECT! It has a nice padding on the inside and I can put it on my middle and ring finger and wrap the band around my pinky and velcro it to my pinky! I've been using it since I got it, and it's made my life so much better! Totally recommend it! I know it's not what it's technically designed for, but it's still perfect. It's held up great and hasn't been super invasive with my hand and my ability to still do my work. It's held up really well and been amazing to have. I don't know what I would have done without it.

I know I did not pay a lot for these, but they really are not meant to be used long term. They did seem to help somewhat with my hammer toe, but would cost too much to keep buying until corrected. I will look for another option because I do not want surgery.

These work great! I've had hammer toes and a bunion since I was a toddler. I had started taping the big toe recently on both feet and once that got flexible enough I tried taping the hammer toe as well. I wasn't having much luck with the tape so I decided to try these. I didn't think they'd work but they've actually been great. The toe was very stiff at first and I was not able to wear these long at first. After some stretching and about 2 weeks of only wearing these an hour or two a day I can now wear them all day. I use them every other day, including when I run (a normal run is about 5 miles). I've gotten a lot more flexibility in the tendon now and I'm hoping it will slowly heal the callus I developed as it stops rubbing on the other toe. I have really small feet and these work fine. They fit easily under a sock and in a shoe and are very comfortable. My only reason for 4 stars is that they don't seem to be holding up really well after about a month (there're not that expensive though). They do stink after I wear them all day but after I let them air out they seem fine.

I've tried every multiple brands of these hammer toe correctors through Bolo and these are the ONLY ones that hold up well with multiple wearings, and keep your toe securely in place. They are more expensive than the others, but in this case, you get what you pay for.

I'm not giving medical advice, merely reportingmy personal experiences with the product.My case:the toe next to the "big toe"is called the "second toe" or "long toe."When I would curl my toes inward the "long toe"would do two things:[] hump/bend up vertically (called hammer toe)[] and at the same time[] ride over on top of the "big toe"My problem is not a severe casebut enough that I should do something about italso my toes are not deformed in any way.Also in my case while wearing shoes the conditionas described above does not exist.When home I wear socks around the houseand when curing my toes the condition would present itself.That said: this product does not workfor the condition described above.

These are OK, nice and soft (though they don't last long), and they provide about as much padding/protection for a sore toe as two bandaids, one on top of the other. I'll stick with the bandaids (inexpensive at a dollar store) or occasionally use gel toe caps to protect my hammertoes rubbed raw by the adjoining big toes/bunions.I'm not sure why I bought these, but I wanted to see what they were like. By the nature of their design, the Profoot wraps can never straighten a hammertoe simply by taping that toe to only one other. You need to either use devices that strap the toe down to a pad under your foot or otherwise force it down temporarily. At a fabric store you can buy 3/4" wide velcro by the yard. Cut a longer length of the soft part to wrap around the toes and attach a short piece of the looped part to be able to secure it. Loop it OVER the hammertoe and UNDER the toes on either side of it, then wrap it across the top of all three and fasten on top. The soft part of the velcro is pretty comfy, the toes are protected from rubbing each other, and you can cinch it up to where it WILL bring your hammertoe down into correct position while you're wearing it. Wearing shoes with wide toe boxes, going barefoot as much as I can, flexing the toes with my hands to stretch the tendons, and toe exercises seem to help mine, too.

I have only a mild case of hammer toe in the beginning stages. It only affects the toe next to the big to. I attach this little gizmo to it and the next toe and forget it's there. It's hardly noticeable. I wear it under support stockings and it doesn't budge all day. My toe stays straight and hasn't gotten any worse in the two months I've used it.I also found another use for it: I hurt my thumb and wanted to attach a Salompas (a medicated adhesive patch for pain) to it to ease the pain but the thing kept falling off. I used one of these wraps on it and it stays in place even though the adhesive has worn out. Multiple handwashing throughout the day didn't loosen or damage it one bit.

Great product for immobilizing closed toe fractures. Highly recommend
Bought for my mother who had a fractured toe. Excellent quality. But much better than the dynaplast (elastic adhesive tape - cream coloured used in the hospitals) as removal is not an issue. Wish they were available more readily, it took 3 weeks for delivery. But worth it. A little pricey. Since there are no alternatives in the market. This will do
Game changer for me
This genius little strap has kept my claw toe tucked up against its neighbour and I no longer have the horrible pain that made walking so difficult. Washes well and I have two to alternate. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but worth it. I quickly got the hang of it and encourage perseverance if it seems a bit fiddly.
