I’ve ordered the lasagne twice - once to try it out and then a second purchase because we found the first was absolutely delicious. And the texture was perfect in our finished dish. You won’t be disappointed. I’m looking forward to trying additional varieties of pasta offered 😍

Di quello buono. This is the finest dried pasta I’ve ever had! Break into irregular lengths and cook in well-salted boiling water. Perfect for adding into a meat ragu like wild boar or Genovese. The care and attention to detail in packaging, shipping, and customer service is stellar. The product arrived to me a day ahead of schedule. Grazi mille, indeed!

Since my better late than never discovery of The Pasta Queen, Saturday dinners in my home are now designated “Pasta Nights”. Each week I attempt something new. Not having one ounce of Italian in my blood, I was intrigued by the unique style of this pasta referenced in her Candele E Carne alla Pizzaiola recipe and I took to Bolo to find it. And what a find indeed! The pasta arrived very well packaged in a beautiful box. Upon opening I was so entertained by the size of the pasta that I displayed it all week. Following the recipe, I broke it into 3rds before boiling to al dente and then added it to the sauce making sure the tubes were surrounded and filled. The final product was so very delicious! This pasta is beautiful. My family, once only spaghetti consumers, raved over the perfect texture and taste of this fun pasta. There is plenty more to try in other sauce variations so it was definitely worth the price plus shipping. I will absolutely be ordering more products from this company.

I love cooking Italian food, and I take the choice of pasta brands very seriously; I am always testing and tasting brands. My husband purchased the Faella brand at our local Cheese Shop (109 Cheese) and we both immediately tasted the difference and said "wow" in unison. It does not get mushy, and sauce clings nicely to it, and it just has good flavor that is very noticeably different. I immediately saved the package and then searched where to buy more. There was also hand-written card in the box. I am a fan!

Excellent pasta in a unique size. Break apart (one of the only pasts to do so) and enjoy. Try with Rapini and cechi (chick peas)
