Just read the instructions (twice). Once you get what you're supposed to do, it's super easy and not messy. I made sure I cleaned the toilet before hand and that no one else used the toilet for the multi-day duration of the test. I'm confident in the results.

I am a retired PA-C. We have had two GI bleeds in the family since purchasing these EZ strips. Both times they turned blue. I was reluctant to try them as I doubted their accuracy. Admittedly, both experiences in the family were obvious blood, but nice to have an at home test to verify. This doesn't mean that colon disease is the culprit as they pick up the present of blood. Remember, the GI tract is long and blood can be a minor issue all the way to full bad guy present.Would highly recommend them for home use.
