It’s tasteless and mixes easily. I like to cook, so I tried it in my homemade custard recipe for a “refrigerator graham cracker layer dessert.” I used a tablespoon in my custard and found the texture was a little slippery, jello like, but not too odd in texture since I only usually use about a quart of whole milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt, butter and 3-4 whole eggs. I did find that after a few days in the refridge, the dessert didn’t weep or separate or become watery. That’s a fantastic quality when considering what to do with making a recipe and dealing with leftovers too.Therefore, I’ll use this fiber supplement again when I actually make a cake and pudding layered cake, since this is a favorite way to have cake without greasey frosting. It’s much healthier than ingesting shortening based decorator frosting. Good for extending self life😀

Nestle produce the most consistent, most easily dissolved version on sunfiber. I tried almost every other brand. They market under different product names and it was hard to find this after they stopped manufacturing it under a previous product range. Please don't stop making this one
