I’m giving this product a 5. Because it works and tastes pretty good. If you had to gather all the ingredients, it would take a lot of time and more $$ than buying this. I use it with ground pork and a little chopped pineapple. The Trumpo is of course the right and best way to prepare “al pastor” but unless you have a taco restaurant, this pan version is pretty good

Really tasty and easy to use, I’m Mexican and this is a great short cut when im craving tacos, a little goes a long way I use about a 1/4 of the container for each 2lbs, great quality I haven’t had a problem with the leakage because it comes sealedTotally worthy
