This is the only pancake mix I like! I discovered in while living in NYC and I now order it in bulk from Bolo because I’m on the west coast where it isn’t sold in local grocery stores. So delicious!

Easy to mix delicious tasting pancakes. I make up a whole box at a time and freeze the extras in zip-lock freezer bags. Pop the in the toaster to thaw and the grand-kids love them.

Tastes OK, nothing spectacular. Not much different than any other pancake mix you can buy. Good price though.As a waffle mix though, it leaves quite a bit to be desired, it sticks to my waffle iron when other mixes don't. If you spray or oil the waffle iron the waffle comes out horribly. When you do get a good waffle to come out it's a pretty average taste.

Bolo recommended this as a replacement for Carbon's Golden Malted original pancake & waffle flour which I had on automatic shipment for at least four years.. I have received my first shipment of 6 boxed in April. I have now used up the first box. It does not have the flavor of the golden Malted. It does not easily come out of my waffle iron. It is quite rubbery in texture and does not cut with a knife easily. If I could return this product I would. I will probably donate all of it to the US Post Office Food drive. I do not recommend this. You can do better.
