Sadly age has caught up with my old, overused hands. My hand surgeon suggested that I get this particular brace to help support my arthritic thumb and wrist joint.The brace itself is made of comfortable neoprene (?), that has held up well despite wearing daily, all day for the last month. The stitching is still holding up well as is the velcro. It is well worth the money!Pro Tip: OT pointed out that the brace will stretch so in the beginning, don't try to stretch it to cover the whole velcro piece. As it stretches out, it will edge closer and closer to completely covering it.

Works well to support my thumb while being soft. I am having trouble keeping the Velcro clean enough to secure well now that I’ve had it a while.

My sister had bought these from the hospital as that is what they recommended and so glad I found them on Bolo. I'm glad I could try hers on first so I knew correct size as they are really work!!!
Fit very well from measurements
Was pleased with the fit and support. Material frayed around the thumb in a matter of weeks. I have trimmed it numerous times with the same result. Brace does the job but is not very nice looking now.
Perfect design to help arthritis pain immediately
This was exactly the thumb brace I was looking for..holds the thumb in place but I am able to use my wrist with no restriction
