This is a finely ground mustard. It has the perfect blend of spices. I use it in salad dressings, on sandwiches and meats/sausages. Maille is my favorite brand of Dijon mustard.

I like to have at least 2-3 of these in stock in our pantry as it's my favorite dijon around. Sorry, Grey Popoun, but this one beats the competitors for both taste and consistency.When you get down to that last bit, use what's left to make yourself a nice vinaigrette right in that jar. Delicious.

This is simply the best dijon mustard you will ever try! My sisters and I all found this mustard separately and all three fell in love. I had this at a corporate event years ago but couldn't find it in stores till recently. I was so excited to tell my sisters about the best dijon I'd been searching for and finally found. They each argued that *they* had the best dijon ever. We were all talking about the same mustard. Try it! So good!

This is not a mild mustard. This is a very flavorful spicy mustard. Thomy mustard is my favorite but only because this mustard packs a mean punch. Excellent on the pallet.

Typical of this French brand… strong, bold and delicious. They are mustard pros for a reason. Can be overpowering for some foods, but for rich dressings and sauces, accompanied with bold cheeses or meats, it’s a powerful and delicious flavor.
