This drill is all and more than you'll need for home use. Great power and looks sturdy and durable. The bag is also very useful to keep all in one place. The two included batteries are perfect for most of the jobs at home. super recommended.

Love dewalt tools and this drill holds up great. I just want to highlight that the batteries that are included are the cheaper/old style that don’t include power indicators. Probably would not have bought this combo if I’d known. Which is probably why that info is not front and center. Anyway, now you know, and can decide if that matters enough.

It’s a DeWalt drill “supposedly” but feels and looks cheap compared to what I’m used to using DeWalt wise. My pops uses almost nothing but this brand but to be honest I think this isn’t much better than the Ryobi that my son had a few years ago. It works and came with 2 batteries, a charger and carrying bag for less than 75$ so I’m not complaining. They could have threw in a 4ah battery vs the 2 it came with but I don’t need it for large jobs and the ones it came with should be fine (although if it came with 1 4ah vs the 2 it would be a better drill imho) but so is a brushless vs this one, so there’s that. I would recommend so far and would buy it again for the price I paid.

I consider DeWalt tools to be the best made, and this drill underscores the very high quality of DeWalt products. Being battery powered, I can take this drill anywhere and use it easily. I have other DeWalt 20-volt tools, so having the two batteries that come in the kit is extremely important to me. Finding the drill on sale on Bolo, I got this drill, a charger and two batteries almost as cheap as buying just one replacement battery at Lowe's or Home Depot. OUTSTANDING value! Thank you, Bolo and DeWalt!

Extremely effective tool that feels great in the hand
After an unsatisfactory experience with a black & orange drill that was underpowered and felt like a toy, I decided to spring for one of these Dewalt numbers in the hopes that it would do a better job. I'm delighted to report that it is easily powered enough to do my projects: making some bookshelves, putting a gate on the porch etc. It feels really sturdy and like a 'real tool' without being annoyingly heavy. It is simple enough to use and I love that there are two batteries. We had to swap batteries around 3 hours into the gate project. Even the little bag feels like a good quality canvas workbag, not a crap cheap grocery bag which is what I was fearing. All in all, highly recommended. I may have to get my dad one after how impressed he was :D
Great drill
Delivery was quick and the drill works great. Two batteries is a big plus . Definitely not a hammer drill be works great for regular household jobs. Price was far better than in any of the local big box stores.
