Another great album from the Fratellis. Not as frenetic as Costello Music. This album is bluesier, moodier and a the music feels a little more complex. The lyrics and melodies are contagious and I find myself humming them all the time.

Fun fun fun! This group is just amazing and this is a great CD to start with. A solid grungy sound with sophistication. Rock out sing along and then Listen to it. Solid.

I get where Jon is going with this record, but I prefer the earlier stuff's edginess and raw energy. And I still think that Jon Fratelli's Psycho Jukebox is the top of the pile. I don't have anything negative to say about this one, and I will continue to sing the praises of all of Jon's efforts - it's just not my favorite. Bear in mind, my very first exposure to Mr. Fratelli's music was this video, which I found quite by accident - Hooked!! [...]

Amazing stuff. Gets better with each listen. So great to have The Fratellis back. Was sad that Jon Fratelli ultimately didn't end up releasing Bright Nite Flowers, but We Need Medicine makes up for it! If you love Jon, you'll love this.

These guys are the most amazing rock band I have ever heard! This third album does not disappoint. If I had to describe The Fratellis with just one word it would be "fun" but these guys are also brilliant musicians!

What can I say, if you like the Fratellis you'll like this album. They seem to have fattened up their sound a little, it's a little more retro in some of their songs, but overall, it's still the Fratelli sound.

Great album. Songs range from great to pretty good. Everyone I played this for loved it. The Fratellis are one of the best bands around and are great if you can see them live.
