The item is a 1-kg (2.2 pound) bag of mironized creatine monohydrate. As a health and fitness professional, and exercise enthusiast, I include creatine into my daily regimen. The health and fitness benefits of creatine is well documented as it is the most researched supplement on the market. I personally prefer creatine monohydrate over other types of creatine, more specifically the micronized monohydrate as it mixes better and absorbs faster than other varieties. I don't have any data comparing this brand versus that brand, but I chose this brand because it was not only a great value and appears to be a reputable manufacturer that has their product quality inspected and third party tested. The product I chose is also unflavored, as it is easier to mix in with a variety of different drinks, but I mainly just add it to my daily protein shake as a supplement to dietary intake.

I recently relocated to a country where it’s hard to get sports supplements and had to go off creatine while I waited for my shipment, which included 3 bags of this to arrive. Now a couple weeks in to resuming, I feel more energy in the gym and am finally again hitting PRs during my sessions. Creatine is an incremental gain, but it’s absolutely real. It’s well studied, safe, and helps maximize gym sessions. It also makes muscles appear bigger and has cognitive benefits. Aside from that, creatine is creatine. As long as it’s from a reputable source and clean, the only thing that matters is price. Bulk supplements delivers in this. 10/10
