These glasses are great, nice large size for my smoothies and shaped nicely so it's not easy to knock over and break. They are well made with thick enough glass to withstand hand washing and handling since I don't have a dishwasher. I like them a lot and they were a great value for the money.

These are well made. I had glasses with this style and needed to increase the number after breakage. These are sturdier, and with their shape they fit closely together in a cabinet and dishwasher. I'll probably order more to replace all of the older ones.

For the cost of only $3 per glass this was a great find! They are real glass and arrived with no issues. They are good sized for having with a meal, and the design is very nice, simple but contemporary. We love the clarity of the glass and the square base of these. I was not totally convinced these would arrive intact and we considered the purchase a gamble on the outcome.I can't believe we got these for $3 each ($12.99 for the set of 4) overnight, free delivery. They say they are made in USA and were advt as lead-free. Sure hope they really are. We love these glasses and what a deal!The glasses were in a lightweight cardboard box with open peek style sides as one you would find a four set of glasses in any store. Thank you lucky stars for such a good mail delivery lady!!!! These glasses were delivered with care all the way and placed gently on the porch, thank goodness! For those who don't have careful mail people.... just be glad these glasses can be returned if they arrive damaged. Feeling very glad we ordered these on a day that we ordered no other items to go in the box with the glasses! That said, I want to reiterate, the glasses are fab! :-)

These feel nice and look better than their price lends one to believe. Dinner ware doesn't need to be expensive in my opinion since the real part of the meal is the food, but I would happily buy another set of these since they fit form and function in my kitchen. I run these in the dishwasher without issue and they come out perfectly clean with cascade as the pod. They feel pretty solid too. This was the perfect price point for something like this. You can spend twice as much and not really get much more aesthetic value and possibly less functional value since the more expensive stuff tends to handle more delicately.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve never thought much about this before, but with all the options when buying drinking glasses (or most anything else ) it seems like several companies are selling the exact same thing.That may well be the case in some circumstances, but certainly not here. The first time I bought these cool drinking glasses, square at the base, round at top, I bought from a low priced , generic named seller. I was disappointed in how thin the glass was.They looked good, but after a few rounds in the dishwasher, little chips started to fall away from the drinking edge. It’s true these were cheap, but I loved the looks, so I thought I’d buy a set of replacement glasses.That’s when I noticed the description from Anchor Hocking, explaining they made these glasses in America with the same attention to detail as they have for over a century.Could there really be a difference? Oh my goodness yes! I ordered these and have never had a chipped edge since. I’m reordering now because of my own carelessness. Hey, these are glass and accidents happen. Now that I know how to get quality glasses, I’ll happily do so l knowing I’m getting my money’s worth.Let me tell you, many glasses look the same. But not all are. From here out, I’ll trust Anchor Hocking. It’s an added bonus that they are competitively priced with the knock off sheisters.

Elegant every day glasses!
I try to stay hydrated every day. These glasses help me do that. They're the right size for me. Not too large. Not too small. Easy to wash and dry. A real quality product.

Nice looking glasses, poorly packaged
I normally associate Anchor Hocking with Fire-King measuring cups and tempered glass cookware, but these drinking glasses seem a little cheaper in design.I ordered two sets of four and 1 of the glasses arrived cracked, so effectively I got 7 glasses instead of 8. I'd blame shipping but the packaging for the glasses is itself flawed, where 1 of the 4 glasses has no protection for the purposes of being displayed on a store shelf. That was the glass that had a crack in it.That said these are nice looking glasses that don't break the bank and have a solid feel in the hand, so long as they don't break during shipping anyway.
