If your teeth are sensitive, careful on how you chew, as they seem a tad durable for a chewable tablet. Other than that, be aware they have magnesium in them, so if you are taking any meds or vitamins that also have magnesium, be careful of the dosage you are getting. Don't want too much! They don't work all the time, but having some in the glove compartment can be a real help, especially if you listen to coworkers about how 'mild' the lunch will be.
