The aroma is calming, and the flavor is smooth without being overpowering. I like to drink it in the evening to unwind and it really helps me relax before bed. The tea bags are well packed and retain freshness. Great quality,highly recommend for anyone who loves herbal teas or needs a little calm in their day.

Well, this is a great tea that I really liked. Until my son said, you know that has nicotine in it. 😞😒 well, that explained the feel good change. Don't get me wrong, a now and then drink maybe, definitely not my daily morning anymore.

One of the few things that actually WORKS
I keep a healthy skepticism regarding purported "miracle" products; if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. This tea has thus far proved the exception to that rule, with one or two cups per evening having made a noticeable reduction in my high levels of anxiety and stress. It's not a cure, but it's definitely helping me - in fact, more so than virtually anything else I've tried in the last decade. I would absolutely recommend this product!
