I am very sensitive to garlic and do not usually buy things that have it. The small amount they put in here is barely noticeable, with the nice flavor of the other herbs.I bought this to cut down on my sodium to reduce my blood pressure, and it is better controlled.Salt was one of the few things I put on food, and this has replaced about half of it.It has 0 sodium. Thank you Braggs and Whole Foods for having it!!!

This is by far our favourite herb/spice blend - for everything from potatoes to vegetable to eggs. Please Braggs, don't ever stop making it or change the recipe! So many ingredients and the best taste/flavour ever.
