Read reviews for the other flow levels and I think some are getting confused. The numbers on the nipples doesn't mean how many holes there are. If that was the case a level 0 nipple would have no holes.......the nipples have 2 holes on all the levels. The only difference to the holes is the higher the flow level, the bigger the hole is

These are great replacement nipples! Very happy with purchase. One note: the vent in the nipple is supposed to line up with the dip on the lid. I didn't realize this for a while, and we were losing drips of milk. Line them up, and point that portion up, and you'll have no problems.

Exactly what I needed for pace feeding my breastfed baby while I'm at work, we used this size for a full year to keep the flow slow, so she wouldn't get lazy at the breast. It never seemed to bother her, newborn flow are hard to find in stores!

These nipples are the best I’ve found for my breast fed baby. It’s closest to the breast in texture. Also, the number 1 flow is perfect. She’s four months, and I tried number twos, but it makes her choke a bit.

Terrible nipple. You guys didn’t need to reinvent the wheel. Your original natural nipple was great. This fast response nipple is garbage. If I didn’t invest in these already I would have switched asap. This nipple was useless - no milk coming out. Frustrated baby. Then purchased number 3, so started my newborn on size 3.

I've been using these style nipples since my daughter was born and I've never had an issue with them. For some odd reason, these ones collapsed while my daughter was using them. It was an easy fix though. I just had to make sure I lined up the air vent holes in the ring with the ones in the nipples. A bit flimsier than the other sizes I've used for her but they serve their purpose.
