It is quite large for the cost of the product. We will keep ours unopened to use for emergencies when regular butter cannot be used. We live in a hurricane prone area, so refrigeration can go out during those times. Having this powder butter will be greatly appreciated in that type of situation. I am sure it tastes great, as the powder looks like it would make some perfectly yellow spreadable butter. I highly recommend!

Hoosier makes a great product. It's a little more expensive than some others on the market, but in my opinion worth the money. I'm using it as an add-in to some cookies to boost the butter flavor.

Add it to streak, potatoes, cooked veggies, dips for raw veggies, eggs. Pasta, the list goes on. I’ll be buying more real soon

Bought three items - Milk Powder, no color added Big Daddy Mac, and Butter Powder, to use in dehydrated meals for back packing. Had a question prior to purchase, contacted Seller and received very quick and helpful response. Products are just fantastic, and will definitely buy in larger sizes next time. Have read a few reviews about the milk powder not dissolving when used in hot drinks - I added a small amount of hot water to the powder prior to adding it to my coffee on the trail, and it worked beautifully.

I was curious about this so I bought it to try out & it is very good on popcorn. I will experiment more with the product as I am very curious as to what it will work with. I am going to fill pint or quart jars with p remade recipes to which fluid is added to make the cookies, biscuits, cakes, etc.for Christmas gifts. Hopefully this will work well. If it does I will buy more of this product as well as others from this company. They have a wide array of interesting products that I am eager to try.

I got this mainly to use in my coffee or tea instead of coconut milk. I am LCHF/Keto so wanted something I could carry in my purse to use in coffee or tea when at a restaurant or travelling. This works perfectly. When added to my hot coffee or tea and frothed with my little hand frother it looks like I have cream in my coffee and tastes great. No more worrying about carrying liquid (cream does not agree with me) in my purse.

will be re packing it in air tight bags because package was damaged in transit. other than that it seems good and will be used in emergencies.
