I love the Fob key viper 7345v, but it was so difficult to pair. First I had to change the battery. I could not get it paired using YouTube. I reverted and read the instructions on the box and it worked. During the 2nd hold you have to keep your hand on valet button while you press the remote button to save the code. I'm very satisfied.

I purchased a Viper remote replacement on Bolo November 1, 2021 from Sound of Tri-State, Inc. 333 NAAMANS RD STE 41, CLAYMONT, DE, 19703-2808. This was the worst seller I have ever experienced on Bolo.I attempted to return this Viper Remote replacement 7345V. When I followed the Seller’s instructions to pair this device with my automobile’s Viper the lock button would lock but unlock button did nothing, the LED indicated my alarm was NOT engaged and vehicle-shock like a break-in attempt yielded no alarm. I contacted the seller to return the item. The seller refused to refund because seller had fraudulently described the item posted on Bolo as UNRETURNABLE because it contained noxious gasses. There are no such gasses in any auto-remote! The seller claimed that I MUST take the item to a qualified Viper installer. I have owned Vipers on my autos for decades and never had difficulty replacing a broken or worn-out remote. Online I found a Viper manual. The Seller’s DIRECTIONS install the remote paired in the VALET mode. I followed the manual’s installation and the device paired perfectly. Instead of preparing correct directions for product installation the seller developed a solution to too many returns by placing a fraudulent claim in product description to retain sales and resist the flood of returns. I will never buy from this Seller again and recommend Bolo bar them from trading on Bolo.
