I like the original over the unbleached as I think the original is a touch more sturdy.I use them for many things.They save on cleanup and they can function as a base for preparation.These fit the half sheets perfectly, and I no longer need to measure and cut (with the ends curling).I wish K/A made 1/4 sheet versions in a flat pack, too.(Maybe a bit pricey, but worth it as it does what it does very well.

In an attempt to save some money, I recently purchased a cheaper brand of parchment and will not be making that mistake again. King Arthur parchment is a quality parchment that withstands high temperatures unlike other lesser brands. I do A LOT of baking and underestimated the importance of a quality parchment. This parchment doesn't brown or crumble under high temperatures and is thick enough that butter doesn't seep through onto the baking sheet. You can bake cookies using this parchment and avoid having to wash the cookie sheet after use. Simply through the parchment away and the cookies sheet is as clean as when you started. Splurge a bit and purchase these over the cheaper brands out there, you won't regret it.
