Sometimes if I feel anxious, I constantly move my legs around in bed and can’t go to sleep. This item works perfect. You take a couple of them and it calms you enough that you can get a perfect night sleep. No after effects..

These tablets dissolve almost instantly and they actually do help. If you experience restless legs, you know how absolutely annoying and terrible it is when all you want to do is relax and your legs are like, "Nope, let's dance a jig instead!". These tablets are affordable, they work, and they're super easy to take with no awful flavor. If you're struggling, I really do recommend them!

I have developed terrible restless leg after being in a bad car wreck a year and a half ago. I was absolutely miserable every night and one night awake due to the extreme discomfort while the rest of the world slept, I researched OTC remedies and found these. The reviews were mixed but the overarching theme was that these do work. I ordered immediately and couldn't wait to try them. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, initially they worked using the dosage amount written on the box; however, not too long after starting them they stopped working at the 1-2 pill dosage and I had to continuously up the number I take for them to be effective and now I take 5 or more at a time. That being said, in my opinion, they are worth having bedside and I don't ever let them run out. I am now on a Rx medication but sometimes even the Rx doesn't help as much as I need (I woke up with severe discomfort around 3:00 am took 5 of these and they helped me get back to sleep quickly and I slept comfortably until I had to get up) and having these on standby for those times the Rx just isn't cutting it alone, for me, is a must. I only gave 4 stars because I do have to take so many for them to work and costs add up but they do work. I swear by them especially in a 'rescue' situation.

I was very skeptical, and have taken a prescription for restless legs for years. I didn’t feel like they really helped. I took two tabs tonight, and it is the first time in as long as I can remember that my legs are still and calm. I will be buying many more bottles of this.

To be honest, I tried to return these as soon as I got them. I didn't read the label before I purchased them and was a little (okay, a lot) concerned about the first ingredient. Bolo, or the buyer, wouldn't let me return it so it sat on my nightstand for a few weeks. I was having a bad bought of restless leg and decided I would take these and pray I didn't have any side effects. These suckers work! I can't remember if I took one or two but the creepy, crawly, drive me insane feeling, went away pretty fast. I have taken them two other times (just one tablet each time) and will buy more when I run out. I decided to write this review because my fiance was crawling out of his skin just now and took a tablet after several of my attempts to offer it to him. Within 5 minutes he had relief. Don't let the ingredients scare you off. These work and we feel just fine.

So I went through two bottles of this to see if if would help with the restlessness I sometimes feel in my legs when I sleep. Sometimes when I'm trying to sleep, my entire body feels restless and itchy. Was hoping these tablets would help with that. But after about a month of taking it, I found that it made no difference.Sometimes I fall asleep easily. Other times I do not. I also take Melatonin and Magnesium before going to bed. But those supplements don't really do much for the restlessness I get. So it's a bummer these Restful Legs tablets didn't work. But since they are relatively inexpensive, it might be worth giving it a try.
