It came in a box with that cardboard paper stuff, I cased in a regular eyeshadow box with bubble wrap so very protected. The yellow did bust, but it’s not like I use yellow anyways so that’s okay, not every damage can be avoided but they tried their best. Wore the eyeshadow from the pallet to school for 7-8 hours and an addition few until late at night and it stayed pretty good and pigmented, it beat my eyeliner!! The white is very good and white, doesn’t take too many layers if any at all to achieve the bright white. The black also goes on pretty smooth, most lovely pallet with a lot of variation !!

I’m no makeup guru so take this with a grain of salt. It’s very colorful and it feels pretty pigmented. I searched a blue and was surprised at how nice the pigment transferred. Only downside was two of the browns (bottoms left corner) were damaged badly. And those neutrals were the ones I mostly wanted. Still I felt this product deserves a 5 star just be mindful that it could be damaged in transit.Edit: it’s definitely not pigmented

I was really excited to get this pallet unfortunately one of the colors was messed up and was on the outside and the inside. I the rest was intact so I’m grateful for that.

I am not huge into make up and often have a hard time finding eye shadow that is easy to apply when in a hurry. This product let's me do many different combinations of colors without a hassle. I enjoy my earth tons but I get bored easy with my 5 shaded palette. This is a great purchase with so many beautiful colors!

After contacting Bolo (thank you Bolo for your help) I received a second pallet a day or two later. Unfortunately, this pallet was broken too. After cleaning us the pallet not as many shadows were broken as the first, but the few that were broken became powder and tainted the surrounding shadows (not pictured). After cleaning (pictured) this pallet was better than the first, but still not satisfied.As for the actual shadows; although they apprear vibrant, they are not. Even with the use of an eye shadow primer the colors aren't vibrant and the product actually stung/ made my eyes water. And I have never, ever had a reaction to any make up before and I've tried some cheapmake up products.Still wouldn't recommend this product.(1st/previous review)Just received the package today. I was excited for it, for the variety of colors and the matte shades. Unfortunately, with this kind of quality; the entire palate is unusable. I understand that this product is low cost, potentially low quality. However, this is just upsetting and unfortunate. Don't buy it if you can't use it.
