I’ve used this quite a few times on my natural hair. I deep condition, shampoo and then add this after I shampoo. Then leave it in for maybe 20 minutes with a plastic cap. I find it adds the moisture back into my hair after the shampoo.

I have always loved this conditioner, seems to work well makes my color treated long tangly hair soft and manageable for that one time I use it. My only complaint is the vials are way too small. I have to use 2 or 3 on just one use.
