We have an ice cream shop and this is perfect for sundaes and shakes and malts. I only give it a 4 because it is not sealed but rather in a plastic bag folded over. We immediately parcel them out in smaller batches with a food saver so that we can keep it as fresh as possible. Fresh when received but unless you were major into oreo crumbs I would think it is possible it could go stale before you go to the bottom. Plus doesn't seem sanitary to package like this and definitely not to go in and out of repeatedly.

The media could not be loaded. When this box arrived it was pouring crumbs out. This video only shows a little bit because I was trying to save what was left. It probably weighs 5 pounds less than it’s supposed to, really disappointing.
